Parmesan French Toast

Savory Parmesan French Toast for breakfast anytime, with sautéed mushrooms and spinach, pan seared tomato and avocado.

    Beat an egg with a splash of milk, grated Parmesan cheese, cracked black pepper and fresh chopped parsley and optional garlic powder.

    Soak a slice of sourdough bread into the egg mixture on both sides.

    Heat a pan on the stovetop with butter.

  4. 4

    Add the egg soaked bread along with any remaining egg mixture on top into the pan and cook 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
