Air-Fryer Oregano Shrimp with Herby Lemony White Beans

For the oregano shrimp

Heat your air-fryer to 390 F.

Add peeled and deveined shrimp to a bowl and season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and dried oregano. Toss to coat.

Place seasoned shrimp in preheated air fryer and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Or bake shrimp in oven on 425 F for 10 minutes.

Add all ingredients to a bowl, toss well and adjust to taste as desired with salt and pepper and/or more lemon juice.
