Add the following ingredients to a bowl for the Greek salad.

Heat your air-fryer to 390 F. Add peeled and deveined shrimp to a bowl and season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and dried oregano. Toss to coat. Place seasoned shrimp in preheated air fryer and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Add the following ingredients to a small mason jar, tightly close the lid and shake well for the Greek vinaigrette.

Add as much or as little dressing to the salad for your preferred taste and save the rest for later. Top with the oregano shrimp.
