Mini Christmas Pancakes
It's no surprise I love making pancakes and when we made these last year, they were such a hit. It’s beyond simple and such a cute holiday twist.

Grease some Christmas cookie cutters very well and place them on a warm, greased pan.

Pour in pancake batter, filling each cutter’s center.

Watch for those bubbles—when they pop up, carefully flip them (the cutters will be hot!).

Gently slide the pancakes out of the cutters.
- 5
Finish with a dusting of powdered sugar, fresh fruit, and a drizzle of syrup.
