Combine the Greek yogurt and flour (and a pinch of salt) in a bowl. Stir until it forms a dough.

If it’s too thick, add a little more yogurt. If it feels too sticky, add small amounts of extra flour at a time.

Place a generous amount of flour on a surface and roll that dough into a smooth ball, coat it in more flour if it feels sticky, and roll it out as thin as you can.

Transfer your dough to a nonstick baking sheet. Roll the edges a bit if you want to form a thicker crust.

Add your sauce and favourite toppings.

Pop it in the oven at 400°F for about 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.

Broil for 1-2 minutes at the end for that perfect crisp.
