Easy Air Fryer Blueberry Bagels

Greek yogurt bagels are all over the internet, so I had to try them! These are made with equal parts non-fat Greek yogurt and flour—delicious and packed with protein. Plus, they’re super easy to make you won’t want to buy store-bought bagels ever again.

    Mix equal parts non-fat Greek yogurt and self-rising flour.

    Knead until you’ve got a dough ball.

    Lightly flour a surface, knead for a couple more minutes, and divide the dough into 4 parts.

    Roll into balls and poke a hole in the center to make a bagel shape.

    Brush bagels with egg wash, add toppings if desired, and air fry at 350°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.

    Allow them to cool, slice and enjoy with your favourite spread.
