Easy Stovetop High Protein Apple Crumble

Apple season is in full swing, and I just had to bring back my viral apple crumble from last year—this one’s a keeper. It’s cozy, filling, and packed with protein so that you can enjoy all the fall vibes with this healthy treat.

    Sauté chopped apple in a tablespoon of coconut oil (or grass-fed butter) until tender.

    Sprinkle in 1/4 cup of oats, about 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and a drizzle of maple syrup.

    Let it cook until golden and fragrant.

    Add some water, a little at a time if your oats are dry and need more time to cook.

    In a bowl, add 3/4 cup of Icelandic yogurt (or Greek yogurt) and top with the warm apple-oat crumble.

    Add some hemp seeds on top for added protein.
