These are high protein, gluten free, and can be made vegan. The only donut good for your body and soul!

Ingredients

Directions

    Stir together flour and sugar.

    Melt oil and mix with yogurt.

  3. 3

    Combine wet and dry ingredients.

  4. 4

    Roll into 8 balls, then roll in cinnamon sugar.

  5. 5

    Place on parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 400F 18-20 min.

    Devour while they’re hot


Notes

*to make self rising oat flour, add 2 tsp of baking powder + 1/4 tsp baking soda to 1 cup oat flour *half of the batch contains 19g protein depending on which yogurt you use!
