    Add oat flour yogurt, and oil to a bowl and mix.

    Generously flour a clean surface to knead dough. Add flour until no longer to sticky.

  3. 3

    Roll into a large ball, then separate into 4 balls.

    Bake at 350F about 25 min.


Notes

Adding olive oil makes bagels softer. Sub more yogurt if not using. To make self rising oat flour add 2 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp baking soda to 1 cup oat flour.
