Directions

    Fry a few leaves of sage in oil for a few seconds until they begin to crisp up.

    Par boil ready-made gnocchi and set aside to dry in a colander.

  3. 3

    Fry the gnocchi in a little oil and butter until golden.

  4. 4

    Mix all sauce ingredients in a pan in this order and keep on a very low simmer.

  5. 5

    Mix all meatball ingredients and roast.
