    Fry off the sausage meat in a pan and set aside.

    Boil the linguine.

    Make a roux in a saucepan on a medium heat with garlic butter, flour, nutmeg, and English mustard.

    Slowly add milk and stir until the sauce thickens.

    Add the cheese and stir until it melds.

    Add another tbsp of garlic butter to the sauce.

    Drain the pasta and toss everything together in your pan of choice.

    Serve with good bread.
