    Fried the mushrooms in the residual fat from the duck.

    Simmered the broth for a couple of hours with chicken stock, roasted bones, hoisin sauce, fresh ginger, soy, five spice, a pinch of MSG and a tot of honey.

    Added a splat of White Mausu peanut rayu for thrills and pak choi for health, obviously.
