Quick & easy noodle recipe to make, especially when theres no carbs in the house and you're waiting for a food shop.

    In a bowl, add flour, water & salt. Knead with hand until it's in a smooth-ish ball.

    If its sticky, add some flour. If its too dry, add a bit more water.

  3. 3

    Place aside and cover for 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Make your sauce and set aside.

  5. 5

    Scissor-cut your dough into medium boiling water and boil for a few minutes.

  6. 6

    Drain and add to sauce, mixing together.

  7. 7

    Serve whilst hot.


Notes

You can add any protein and veg into the dish.
