Chop up your garlic, tomatoes and spring onions.

Whisk eggs together and add to frying pan at medium-high heat until 80% cooked.

Remove from pan and fry garlic and tomatoes with sesame oil until semi mushy.

Add in your seasoning, eggs and cornflour with water and spring onions and cook at a low heat.
