Kimchi Fried Rice

A classic, quick 15 minute lunch to put together.

    Remove kimchi from jar and save the kimchi juice.

    Chop up your garlic, onion, kimchi and spring onions.

  3. 3

    Add sesame oil to pan at medium heat and stir in your garlic and onion until fragrant.

    Add rice and loosen in pan.

  5. 5

    Mix in your remaining ingredients until an even colour.

  6. 6

    Crack an egg and place on top and serve whilst hot.
