Gochujang Oyster Mushrooms
The mushrooms themselves had a delicious, chewy texture and soaked up the flavours so well. Dare I say even a meaty texture! Had a wonderful umami taste and super moreish. Fresh as can be!

Wash your mushrooms and peel into strips.

In a pan, add olive oil, garlic and mushrooms and stir fry for a few minutes.

Add your remaining sauce ingredients and mix until wilted.

Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds and serve with hot rice and refreshing cucumber.
