    Mix everything in a bowl and whisk with your hand for 2-5 minutes to improve the texture and starts wrapping

    Assemble gyozas on an oiled non stick pan and fry on low to med heat until the bottom is light brown and add a little bit of water to steam close with the lid.

    Cook until the water evaporates and add sesame oil on the side to crisp up the bottom to golden brown.

    Flip on your plate when ready and serve it with LKK Chiu Chow Style Chilli Oil, LKK Premium Soy Sauce, and yuzu kosho.
