Heat up your pan along with 1 tbsp oil and add ginger to infuse for 1 minute and then add minced chicken and cook until the water evaporates and transfer it to food processor to blend further.

Cook Mi Sedaap as per instruction, and mix the packet seasoning with fish sauce, garlic oil, and sambal and add the boiled noodles to mix
