Tuna Kimchi Jjigae

Name: Tuna Kimchi Jjigae
Ingredients: 1.5 cup old kimchi; 2 cups anchovy broth (I used tablets); 1 can tuna (150 grams); 0.5 package firm or medium firm tofu (I used 1 package of soondubu here cuz that’s all I had)

Whenever I have old kimchi, I get so excited to make Kimchi Jjigae. This version, made with pantry friendly canned tuna is sooooo delicious and full of briny flavor
