Air Fryer Baked Potato
So easy, convenient, and fast — it’s become my favorite side dish, snack, or light meal
Ingredients

Wash and scrub the potatoes well

Poke with a fork (so they don’t explode)

Rub with oil + salt + pepper

Air fry at 380F/190C for 40 min (depending on size)

Season inside the potato with salt + pepper

Add butter

Cheddar cheese (nuke for 30 sec in microwave)

Add sour cream

Crumbled bacon
- 10
Green onion or chives
