Spicy Chicken Dolsot Bibimbap
If you’re going to eat Korean food, why not an easy Spicy Chicken Dolsot Bibimbap?

Mix all ingredients in one bowl.

Cook in pre-heated air fryer at 400F/204C for 12 min until cooked through with charred edges.

Brush stone bowls with sesame oil.

Add white rice.

Add kimchi.

Add cooked spicy chicken.

Add corn + cheese.

Heat on the stovetop until it crackles and sizzles then lower heat to medium low until a rice crust forms, about 5-7 min.

Transfer to oven and broil until cheese is melted, about 2-3 min.
