    Turn on saute function on the Instant Pot.

    Add oil and butter.

  3. 3

    Add onion + garlic, saute until soft.

  4. 4

    Add turmeric, salt, chicken bouillon, rice, stir until combined.

    Add water.

    Turn off saute function, put on lid and lock into place.

  7. 7

    Turn on cook function for 4 min and turn off “keep warm function.

  8. 8

    When the rice has finished cooking and the timer beeps, release steam and open lid.

    Drape a clean cloth over the pot and place lid gently on top to steam for 10 min.

  10. 10

    Fluff with a fork, add parsley and more salt (if needed).

    Serve and enjoy!
