    Sàuté onion + pork in a little oil until slightly softened, about 1-2 min

    Add anchovy broth, potato, garlic, doenjang, gochujang, and cabbage until potato is cooked through and the cabbage is wilted, about 6-8 min

    Add cubed tofu, cook until warmed through

  4. 4

    Garnish and enjoy piping hot!
