Easy Oven Baked Schnitzels with Ceaser Salad
A healthier and less messy way to make delicious schnitzels, served with a simple Ceaser salad.

Preheat your oven to 220 degrees fan forced.

Prepare your breading station by adding flour to a plate, eggs to a seperate bowl and crumb mixture to another plate.

Dip your portioned/flattened chicken into the flour and coat on all sides.

Move the chicken and dip into the egg coating on all sides.

Then into the crumb mixture making sure all sides of the chicken are coated.

Add to a lined baking tray and repeat the process until all the chicken is coated.

Bake for 15-20 minutes depending on the size of your chicken or until nice and golden and perfectly cooked through.

Serve with a Ceaser salad made with cos lettuce, bacon, Parmesan, cucumber and Ceaser dressing.
