A simpler version to make japchae when I’m in a time crunch!

    marinate at least for 2 hours or up to 24 hours: beef with low sodium soy sauce, black pepper, garlic, onions and sesame oil

    boil glass noodles

  3. 3

    sauté: marinated beef with avo oil and set aside

  4. 4

    sauté: avo oil and any veggies of your choice

  5. 5

    drizzle in low sodium soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar to your taste

  6. 6

    add in cooked beef

  7. 7

    sprinkle sesame seeds

  8. 8

    enjoy!
