Mushroom Orzo
So creamy and the mushrooms were so delicious! Add any protein of your choice and you’ll have the most delicious meal in just 20 minutes!

Boil your orzo pasta.

Sauté oil, unsalted butter, garlic, 1/4 cup minced parsley, shallots and mushrooms.

Let it cook until it gets golden and brown.

Add madeira wine and let it simmer until wine is barely there.

Add sugar, heavy cream, parmesan and orzo pasta, salt and pepper.

Mix until it becomes thick and creamy.

Add your protein choice.

Sprinkle fresh parsley.
