Chicken Bowl | Sweet & Tangy Lemon Chicken
Everyone knows orange chicken, but how about lemon chicken! It’s lemony, sweet and tangy!

marinate: chicken, 0.25 cup soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper for 15 minutes

add potato starch and mix well

pan fry the chicken until golden and crispy and set aside

mix sauce: 0.5 cup soy sauce, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, lemon juice, rice wine vinegar and sambal

pour sauce into the pan and add your crispy chicken

garnish with green scallions and serve over rice
