Korean Sweet & Spicy Pork Bibimbap
I grew up eating bibimbap and it’s my favorite childhood dish!

GOCHUJANG SAUCE

marinate and pan sauté the pork belly

fry an egg to your liking, over easy works the best for this dish

mix all the ingredients for the gochujang sauce

in a bowl: add rice, pork belly, all the veggies, fried egg and gochujang sauce

mix everything together and enjoy! You can also add roasted seafood for the extra flavor!
