    Preheat the oven to 400°F.

    In a bowl with sliced chicken mix olive oil, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice and zest, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, Harissa (optional), lemon pepper, Italian seasoning, and parsley.

    Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Slice off the top of a garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, chili flakes, and Italian seasoning. Wrap in foil.

    Place marinated chicken tenders on a lined baking tray. Bake for 35 minutes.

    Bake the foil-wrapped garlic alongside the chicken for 30 minutes.

    Remove cooked chicken from the oven.

    Squeeze roasted garlic cloves out of the skin into a bowl and mix with olive oil, parsley, Parmesan cheese, light mayo, and cooked chicken juice.

    Brush the sauce onto the cooked chicken tenders and enjoy
