Blend all of the ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Mix together the seasonings and rub the salmon with the seasonings.

Heat a skillet over medium-low heat.

Add olive oil and a piece of parchment paper.

Add the salmon and leave undisturbed for 4-5 minutes then flip to the other side for another 4-5 minutes until cooked to your preferred doneness.

Remove from heat and set aside.

Cut ciabatta in half and add a generous amount of the dressing, followed by the tomatoes and cucumbers.

Add the salmon and mash with a fork.

Add more dressing, pickled onions, and cover with the top of the ciabatta bread.
