    Put the vegetables in a baking dish or on a baking sheet, add salt, pepper, pour generously with olive oil and put in a preheated oven to 190 degrees for 30 minutes.

    Cook the pasta until al dente.

    Whip the finished vegetables with a blender together with curd cheese and add a little water from the pasta so that the sauce is not too thick and it is easier to whip. Instead of cheese, you can use cream or ricotta, it will also be delicate and tasty.

    Combine the sauce with the pasta and grate Parmesan on top.
