Preheat oven to 400F.

Mix well edamame, cabbage, scallions and brown rice in a baking dish.

Top veggie with avocado oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, grated ginger and grated garlic. Mix well.

Mix well honey, chili crunch, ginger, soy sauce and lime juice in a small bowl.

Top salmon with marinade.

Bake in oven for 17 to 20 minutes depending on how you like your salmon cooked.

Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve.

Note- you can sub the salmon glaze with your favorite teriyaki sauce
