    Cut a slit or pocket about 3/4 quarter of the way through each piece of salmon, being careful not to cut all the way through.

    In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, spinach, garlic, parmesan cheese and pepper.

    Fill each piece of salmon with the mixture, packing it in!

    Mix together the seasoning and rub it on each piece of salmon.

    Add the salmon pieces to a greased oven-safe skillet (I’m using a 10 inch cast iron skillet).

    Broil for 13 minutes or until cooked to your liking.

    Plate and enjoy!
