    Pop basil, lemon juice, cheese, nuts, 1/4 cup of EVOO, garlic and good pinch of salt. Pulse until you end up with a semi-smooth consistency. Taste for seasoning.

    Add remaining 1/2 cup of EVOO and stir into the mixture until well incorporated.

    Transfer to a jar and pop in the fridge until you are ready to use!
