    Place everything (except the chocolate) in a blender and blitz until smooth.

    Pop mixture into your icecream moulds (makes about 4).

    Freeze for at least 4-5 hours, preferably overnight to set.

    Dip icecreams in chocolate and sprinkle with some crushed pistachios. Pop on baking lined tray to set in the freezer. Enjoy!
