    Smash pitted dates(inside facing up) on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

    Pour over warmed peanut butter (I sit the jar in some boiling hot water to soften it) and spread across with a spoon.

    Melt chocolate with coconut oil in microwave (heat in bouts so it doesn’t burn). Drizzle over molten chocolate and even out with a spoon.

    Garnish with chopped pistachios and fine sea salt (optional)

    Pop in freezer until set then break it up into bite sized pieces.
