Soup Dumplings in Tom Yum Inspired Sauce

A creamy and spicy twist on traditional tom yum soup, served with soup dumplings.

    Pan fry garlic & chilli in oil.

    Pour in chicken broth, add in lemongrass and lime leaves then bring to a boil.

    Cover and let simmer on med heat for 5 - 8 minutes.

    Uncover then add in the thai chilli paste before adding seasonings.

    Add soup dumplings into the claypot, reduce to a simmer, cover and cook according to packet instructions.

    Uncover, pour evaporated milk and top with coriander, lime slices, crispy onions and enjoy.
