Marinade the wings for at least 30 minutes.

Air Fry the wings at 180°C for 20 minutes, making sure to turn halfway.

Make the garlic parm butter by combining butter with garlic, oregano and thyme and cook for 2 minutes before adding in the grated parmesan and giving it a good mix.

Combine the kewpie mayo, salt, black pepper, honey, the garlic butter sauce and water in a big bowl. Give it a good whisk until well combined. Taste and adjust to liking.

Add the cooked wings into the bowl, toss to coat the wings well before plating up and garnishing with more grated parmesan and chopped parsley.
