Boil potato chunks until fork tender (around 10 mins)

Using a potato ricer, mash the potatoes

Mix seasonings into the mashed potatoes until well combined then form small balls

Deep fry until golden brown, around 7-9 mins

Using a slotted spoon, place the golden brown balls onto a plate lined with kitchen paper to soak up any excess oil

Serve onto a bowl topped with a generous sprinkle of salt and coriander. Serve with spicy mayo
