It’s not every long long, complicated homemade noodles, somedays I’m lazy (most days) so that means using those instant biang biang noodles you can find in asian supermarkets or even sainsburys

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened.

Add the garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the chilli powder and cook for 1 minute.

Add the sesame seeds and cook for 1 minute.

Add the gochujang and cook for 1 minute.
