Shrimp & Chive Wontons in a Spicy, Garlicy Chilli Oil Sauce

Making wontons and a spicy sauce like Dintaifung's.

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined and paste-like texture

    Add 1 tsp into wonton wrapper, dab some water along all the edges then, bring in all the edges together and pinch tight until looks like a little fishtail or like a little pouch (fold according to video)

    Coat in cornstarch if want to make them then freeze in zip lock bag

    Boil for around 5 minutes or until they all begin to float to the top.

    Remove using a slotted spoon and toss in spicy addictive sauce (recipe coming in the next video!)
