Shrimp & Chive Wontons in a Spicy, Garlicky Chilli Oil Sauce
I love me some dumps, especially if they’ve covered in an addictive spicy sauce like the ones found in dintaifung (i saw the light the first time i ever had them, i swear there’s crack in that sauce). don’t worry there’s no crack in here but its just as guuuuud, pls give this a go

In a bowl add sugar, garlic, chicken, chilli powder

Heat oil until smoking then pour

Add chilli oil, light soy sauce and vinegar

Mix then add in cooked wontons (video in previous reel)

Then give it a good toss

Top with chives and enjoy
