Rich Chocolate Brownies with Little' Bits Brown Butter Cookie Dough

Fudgey brownies made with Tony's Chocolonely, topped with nutty brown butter cookie dough and Little' Bits.

    Preheat oven to 175°C.

    Brown the butter for the cookie dough over medium heat, stirring until brown milk solids appear.

    Let the browned butter cool, then add the sugar and whisk until combined.

    Add the egg and whisk until the mixture turns pale.

    Add the vanilla extract and mix.

    Sift in the flour, baking soda, and salt, and mix until just combined.

    Add the Tony's Little' Bits and mix until just combined.

    Set the cookie dough aside.

    Melt the butter and chocolate in a bowl over a shallow pan of simmering water.

    Sift in the cocoa and mix.

    Whisk together the eggs and sugar for at least 4 minutes.

    Pour in the melted chocolate mixture and mix.

    Add the vanilla extract and mix.
