    Mix ingredients and knead until a ball forms… use flour if still sticky

    Cover dough in oil and rest under foil in fridge for 30 min

    Spread a tea towel and cover with flour

    Place the dough on it and roll until thin layer form

    Used hands to carefully spread dough over the entire towel

    Dough is thin enough if you can almost see through

    Roast bread crumbs (shredded) in a pan with the butter until golden brown

    Slice apples and cut thin slices, mix with lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon and bread crumbs

    Use hands to knead all the ingredients together

    Put the filling on the dough and leave on the sides and upper end a line free

    Turn over the the dough on the sides, that no filling can fall out and use the towel to roll the strudel

    Bake it at 190 degrees for 40 min

    After taking it out of the oven cover the strudel with melted butter

    Use powdered sugar for serving
