Butterscotch Spiced Cupcakes
These cupcakes are super easy to make and are better than a spiced cake! They only take 15 minutes to bake and the buttercream with butterscotch drizzle is delicious!

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cupcake pan with baking cups. Yields 12 cupcakes.

Combine all dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Set aside.

Combine all wet ingredients in a bowl. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, whisk together.

Pour cupcake batter into prepared baking cups.

Bake for 15-18 minutes.

Let cupcakes cool on a rack for 20-30 minutes.

Make frosting by beating together butter, powder sugar, spices and heavy cream till smooth.

Use a frosting tip to cut a circle in center of the cupcake.

Pipe in butterscotch pudding. Optional if you want to fill the center of the cupcake.

Pipe buttercream on cupcake and drizzle butterscotch topping. Enjoy!
