    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the whipped feta: In a mixer or food processor, blend 200g of feta cheese and 1 tablespoon of Kewpie mayo until smooth and creamy.

    Spread the feta mixture: Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface. Evenly spread the whipped feta mixture over the puff pastry.

    Roll the pastry: Carefully roll the puff pastry, starting from one side, until you have a log shape.

    Cut into swirls: Slice the rolled pastry into 1-inch thick swirls.

    Place on parchment paper: Place the swirls flat on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Press down gently to flatten them slightly.

    Egg wash: In a small bowl, beat the egg. Brush the tops of the swirls with the egg wash.
