Buffalo Chicken Doughballs

    Mix the shredded chicken fillets with Buffalo hot sauce, ranch seasoning, chicken seasoning, cream cheese, and garlic & herb cream cheese until well combined.

    Stir in the grated Leicester and mozzarella cheeses.

    Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares (about 2 inches wide).

    Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each square.

    Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges together to form small doughballs. Ensure they’re sealed tightly.

    Arrange the doughballs in pairs, lightly pressing them together to form doubles. Place them in a greased baking dish or on a lined baking sheet, touching slightly to create a tear-and-share effect.

    Brush the tops generously with the melted garlic & herb butter.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
