BBQ Chicken Pizza Skulls

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease the silicone skull molds with cooking spray or a thin layer of olive oil.

    Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until it is about ¼ inch thick. (Or buy ready rolled)

    Cut pieces of dough large enough to line the insides of your skull molds, with a little overhang to seal them up later. Gently press the dough into each mold, making sure it reaches into all the crevices.

    Add some shredded mozzarella

    Add in a layer of chopped barbecue chicken.

    Sprinkle in mixed chopped peppers and sweetcorn.

    Add a small spoonful of barbecue sauce.

    Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and a bit of cheddar if desired.

    Fold the overhanging dough over the filling to seal the skulls. Pinch the edges together to close them tightly.

    Place the skull molds on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

    Cool and Serve: Allow the skulls to cool for a few minutes before carefully removing them from the molds.
