    Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet.

    Roll out pastry, cut in half lengthwise.

    Spread cranberry jam on one edge (optional).

    Place sausage meat along the jammed edge in 1-inch gaps.

    Fold pastry over the sausage, seam side down, and cut into rolls.

    Shape tops for ghost heads, cut zigzags for bodies.

    Poke eyes and mouth with a straw.

    Brush with egg wash.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
