    Prepare your toppings. For a jammy egg, boil for 7 minutes. Take your tofu and smash it into crumbles. Season with a splash of coconut aminos and cook in the air fryer or on the stovetop until slightly browned, about 3 minutes.

    Add the miso, tahini, garlic, and coconut aminos to your bowl. Add a splash of very hot water. Mix until miso and everything is combined.

    Add your noodles on top and fill the bowl with the very hot water until noodles are completely submerged. Add a pinch of salt to taste. Loosen the noodles with chopsticks as they soften.

    Use your chopsticks to ensure the soup is well combined and add your toppings of choice. Enjoy
